Snake River
The Snake River in Jackson Hole is now in runoff. This year it came a couple weeks late so we have some melting to occur, especially in the high country. The best fishing on the Snake currently is below Jackson Lake Dam, here expect nymphing and streamers to be your best chance at action. Water temps are in the low 40’s so a slow, deep approach should seal the deal. Try leeches and minnow streamers and midge larvae patterns.
